Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

PujaLocal is responsible for the data described in this policy. For any privacy question, write to hola@pujalocal.es.

2. What data we collect

We collect different kinds of data depending on how you use the site:

• Listing data you submit when bidding: business or professional name, trade, city, and contact link. This data is published publicly on the ranking — it isn't private.
• Payment data: handled directly by Stripe. PujaLocal never receives or stores your card number.
• Technical error data: we use Sentry to catch bugs on the site, which may include your IP address, browser, and the actions you took right before the error.
• Visit statistics: we use Vercel Analytics, which doesn't use cookies or personal identifiers — it only aggregates general figures (page views, referrers) without identifying you individually.

3. What we use it for

We use this data to run the ranking and process your payments, to catch and fix technical bugs, and to understand aggregate site usage so we can improve it.

4. Who we share it with

We share data with the following providers, acting as data processors:

• Stripe (payment processing)
• Supabase (hosting the database that stores the ranking listings)
• Sentry (technical error monitoring)
• Vercel (site hosting and cookieless aggregate analytics)

5. Cookies

PujaLocal doesn't use its own cookies: your theme preference (light/dark) is stored in your browser via localStorage, and the language is decided by the URL itself (/es or /en), not by cookies.

The one exception is Stripe's checkout page (checkout.stripe.com), outside our domain, which may use its own cookies under its own privacy policy.

6. How long we keep data

Published listings are kept for as long as the ranking is active. You can request that your listing be removed at any time by writing to hola@pujalocal.es.

7. Your rights

If you live in the European Union, you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your data, as well as data portability. You can exercise these rights by writing to hola@pujalocal.es.

8. Children

PujaLocal isn't directed at anyone under 16 and doesn't knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy at any time; changes will be posted on this same page along with the corresponding update date.
